Waalaxy: complete guide to LinkedIn automation in 2026

Waalaxy at a glance: what it is and who it's for

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn automation tool that sends invitations, profile visits and messages for you while mimicking human behavior so the network doesn't detect you're using a robot. It has a free plan and paid plans starting at 19 euros a month. Ideal for freelancers, SDRs and small teams.

What is Waalaxy

Waalaxy is probably the most widely used LinkedIn automation tool in the Spanish-speaking market. It was born in France and in just a few years it has become part of the daily routine of freelancers, agencies and sales teams that want to prospect without spending all day copying and pasting messages.

Its proposition is simple to understand. Instead of you clicking on every profile, Waalaxy does it for you. It visits profiles, sends connection requests with a personalized message, follows up when you get accepted and even combines LinkedIn with email if you want. All from a visual editor where you build the campaign by dragging actions, with zero code.

The key is in how it does it. Waalaxy works from your browser and replicates the requests a real person would make, respecting LinkedIn's daily and weekly limits. To the network's servers, your activity is indistinguishable from a human's. That's exactly what sets it apart from the aggressive extensions that burn accounts in two weeks.

If you've never touched LinkedIn automation, I recommend my LinkedIn automation guide before you dive in. There I explain the risks, the network's limits and why the safety of your account is the first factor you should look at.

What Waalaxy is for

Waalaxy serves one main purpose. Filling your calendar with B2B conversations on LinkedIn without spending hours a day on it. Specifically, you can:

  • Send connection requests with personalized messages using variables like the contact's name, job title or company.
  • Visit profiles automatically, which is the most subtle way to get a prospect's attention.
  • Send follow-up messages to your first-degree connections when they accept you or when they don't reply.
  • Send InMails if you have LinkedIn Premium.
  • Combine LinkedIn with email in multichannel campaigns, so you reach the same person through two channels.
  • Import leads from a CSV, from a LinkedIn search or from Sales Navigator.

In my daily work I use it for one very specific case. When a potential client matches my profile, they enter a campaign that visits their profile, sends an invitation with a message mentioning their company and, if they accept, sends my pitch in the first message. All without me having to watch the computer. Over time I've learned that a well-personalized sequence like that responds better than any cold email I've ever sent.

How Waalaxy works

The workflow splits into three steps.

First you import your leads. You can upload a CSV with your own database, import a saved Sales Navigator search or pull from the results of a LinkedIn search. Waalaxy accepts all three and lets you organize contacts into lists by segment.

Second, you build the campaign in the visual editor. You drag actions and chain them together. A typical campaign of mine looks like this. Visit profile, wait a day, send invitation with personalized message, wait two days, and if there's no reply send a reminder. If the person accepts, they jump to a different flow with the welcome message.

Third, you launch the campaign and Waalaxy does the work in the background. It runs the actions gradually, respecting the network's limits and avoiding the bursts that give a robot away. You only log in from time to time to check which replies have come in.

One thing I value a lot about Waalaxy compared with other tools is the smart response detection. If the prospect replies, the campaign stops for that contact and you never message them again. That avoids the classic mistake of sending a follow-up to someone who already answered you, which is the fastest way to burn an opportunity.

How much Waalaxy costs in 2026

There's an important piece of news here. Waalaxy renewed its plans in 2026 and entry prices start lower than ever. The free plan still exists and gives you 50 invitations a month, enough to test the tool without paying anything.

PlanPrice per user per monthInvitations per monthWhat stands out
Free0 euros50Test the tool without risk
Pro19 euros300Unlimited campaigns, predefined sequences, CRM sync
Advanced49 euros800API, Make, Zapier and N8N modules, live chat support
Business69 euros800Cold email sequences, multichannel campaigns, 500 email finder credits

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. And there are discounts based on billing period. Paying quarterly saves you 20 percent and paying annually saves you 50 percent. With the annual discount, the Pro plan drops to under 10 euros a month, a ridiculous price for what it offers.

My advice is to start with the free plan, validate that LinkedIn gives you conversations and then move up to Pro. If you also need email automation, Business is the one for you, because it brings both channels together in a single campaign.

Is Waalaxy worth it?

For most professionals prospecting in Spain or Latin America, yes. And here's why. In these markets LinkedIn is still the channel that responds best. People reply to private messages far more than to cold emails. Waalaxy lets you work that channel at scale without spending hours and without risking your account.

Who is it not worth it for? If your market is English-speaking and you work with email volume, a cold email tool like Instantly will take you further. Also, if you need a giant database with phone numbers and job titles, Apollo wins there. On that question you have my Waalaxy vs Apollo comparison, and if you're torn between LinkedIn and email, my Instantly vs Waalaxy comparison analyzes it calmly.

Pros and cons of Waalaxy

The good:

  • Real safety for your account. It's the number one argument and it holds up.
  • Ease of use. In five minutes you build a campaign without reading a manual.
  • A free plan that lets you start without spending a euro.
  • Very competitive 2026 prices, especially with annual billing.

The bad:

  • It works as a Chrome extension, so you need to use that browser.
  • Some advanced features, like InMails, require LinkedIn Premium.
  • You depend on LinkedIn not changing its rules overnight.

Mistakes that will save you a scare

Before wrapping up, three tips I learned through trial and error. Don't launch giant campaigns on day one. Start with small lists and increase volume as your account responds. Always personalize the invitation message. The name and job title are the minimum, but if you mention something specific about the company, the acceptance rate jumps. And finally, check the replies inbox every day. A good prospect that waits three days for your answer is no longer a good prospect.

My verdict

In 2026, Waalaxy is the best gateway to automated prospecting on LinkedIn. It's safe, cheap to try and it takes the most repetitive work out of B2B outreach. If your audience lives on LinkedIn, start with the free plan and let the data speak.
