Snov.io is an all-in-one prospecting platform: it finds emails, verifies them, warms up your inboxes and runs email and LinkedIn campaigns from the same dashboard. Paid plans start at $39 a month, the free plan renews every month with 50 credits, and LinkedIn automation is billed separately at $69 per account.

These are the figures shown on its website today:

What is Snov.io and what is it for?

Snov.io started in 2017 as an email finder and today it is something else entirely. Its first product was Email Finder, and with it came its first paying customer in May of that same year, a date the company still celebrates as its birthday. Since then it has kept adding pieces until it became a sales ecosystem: a contact finder, a verifier, inbox warm-up, email campaigns, LinkedIn automation, data enrichment and even a basic CRM.

The thinking behind it is simple. Most small sales teams end up paying for four separate tools to cover the same flow: one to find the email, one to verify it, one to send and one to follow up. Snov.io sells those four functions together, on a single invoice, with the same credits shared across all of them.

Who it is for, in practice: freelancers and agencies building their first lists who do not want to subscribe to five services, salespeople running a mix of email and LinkedIn outreach, and small teams that want a lightweight CRM without moving to something pricier. The entry plan, with 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, is more than enough for a professional sending a handful of emails a day.

Who it is less relevant for: anyone who already runs a serious stack with HubSpot or Pipedrive and dedicated tools for each piece. There Snov.io works better as an add-on than a replacement, because its CRM is simple and makes no attempt to compete with a full CRM.

One piece of context that helps explain its price. The company has its team spread across New York, Kyiv, Guangzhou and Florianópolis, with its legal base in the United States, and claims more than 175,000 businesses use the platform. That cost structure is what lets it offer the whole bundle at a price that spirals once you buy the pieces separately.

How Snov.io works under the hood

The email finder and verification

The heart of the platform is still email discovery. You can search by name and company, by full domain or dig into its database using filters for role, industry and size. Alongside the web app there is a Chrome extension that works on top of LinkedIn and any company page, so you can grab the contact without leaving where you are.

The piece that usually settles the purchase is the verifier. Snov.io checks every email with seven different layers, from the format all the way to the real response from the destination server, and claims 98 percent accuracy. That number comes from the company, I have not measured it against my own list, but there is an important difference here versus other tools: your search and verification credits come out of the same pool, so you do not pay twice for the same contact.

And here is an honest note. 98 percent sounds great and on clean lists from large markets it is usually realistic. In small niches, or with Spanish companies of fewer than twenty employees, coverage always drops. Before signing a yearly plan, take fifty contacts you already own, run them through the verifier and compare the percentage with the one they promise you.

Email campaigns and inbox warm-up

The second pillar is campaigns. Snov.io ships a sequence editor with automatic follow-ups, it pauses if the bounce rate climbs too high, it rotates inboxes and it notifies you when someone opens or replies. They look like those of any decent cold email tool, with one pricing difference worth understanding: here you do not pay per email sent, you pay per distinct recipient per month. Follow-ups to the same contact are unlimited and free.

Inbox warm-up is included, which is not always the case. On the entry plan you can warm up three accounts at once, and on the higher plans warm-up becomes unlimited. If you were paying for warm-up separately, that detail alone justifies looking at the total price.

For anyone who wants to go deeper on this part, the Instantly review breaks down the prices and limits of another benchmark in the field, and if you care about the prep work on your domain, I cover it in how to warm up a domain for cold email.

LinkedIn automation, which is the extra

The third pillar, and the one that has grown most, is LinkedIn automation. Snov.io can send connection requests, messages and InMails, like posts, follow profiles and view profiles at a pace that mimics a person. It comes with a local proxy per account, a warm-up mode to raise the limit gradually and automatic withdrawal of invites nobody accepts.

Watch the small print, because this is the tool's biggest misunderstanding. LinkedIn automation is billed separately from the main plan. Each connected LinkedIn account is a slot that costs $69 a month, $62 if you pay yearly. If you have the platform plan they knock ten dollars off each slot, but it is still a separate payment. In other words, the $39 plan does not include LinkedIn automation, and plenty of confused reviews are born right there.

On safety, Snov.io recommends not going above 50 actions per type per day and tunes the limit to your account's social selling index. I would add the usual warning, which is not about this tool but about the channel: no LinkedIn automation is official and all of it carries risk. I explain it in depth in how to prospect on LinkedIn without getting banned.

How much does Snov.io cost in 2026?

Prices are monthly and the yearly discount is 25 percent. Each plan hands out a set amount of credits, recipients and enrichment tokens:

PlanPer monthCreditsRecipientsWarm-up
Trial$0501001 inbox
Starter$391,0005,0003 inboxes
Pro S$995,00025,000Unlimited
Pro M$18920,00050,000Unlimited
Pro L$36950,000100,000Unlimited
Ultra$738100,000200,000Unlimited

Four notes to read that table with a clear head.

The first is that the plan the website leads with, the $39 one, falls short as soon as you work seriously. A thousand credits and five thousand recipients sound like a lot, but once you also verify the list, the credits burn fast. For a solo salesperson it is fine. For a team of three or four, the plan that actually serves you starts at $189.

The second is that the big price jump sits between Starter and Pro S. It almost triples the cost and also the credits and recipients. If you are torn between those two, check how many emails you really send a month before deciding, because paying $99 to send the same as with $39 is money down the drain.

The third is enrichment tokens, which are separate. They pull phone numbers, companies and extra data, and you buy them in packages from a thousand tokens at two cents each. Each package lasts 90 days, which is well thought out for anyone running seasonal campaigns.

The fourth is the yearly discount. 25 percent is among the most generous in the sector. If you are sure you will stay, it pays off. If you are testing, stay on the free plan.

Is there a free plan on Snov.io?

Yes, and it is one that lets you work, though with a nuance worth knowing. The free plan does not expire, renews every month and comes with 50 credits, 100 recipients, 25 tokens and one warm-up inbox.

The nuance is that 50 credits a month do not go far. That is fifty emails found or verified, and you cannot even use premium features like integrations, bulk search or export. It is a permanent demo, not a plan to work with. The company itself says so in the small print, warning that the free plan is meant to take a look, not to grow.

There is also a separate LinkedIn trial, seven days of automation free without having to buy the main plan. It is the cleanest way to check whether the channel works for you before adding the $69 a month per account.

My advice with the free plan is to use it for two concrete tests. First, find and verify fifty contacts of yours and measure how many valid emails come back. Second, build a three-email sequence with a hundred recipients and see whether deliverability holds. With that you decide whether to move up a plan, without spending anything.

Snov.io vs Waalaxy: they do not do the same thing

This is the comparison I get asked for most and the one most often misread. The short answer is that they overlap less than they seem to: Waalaxy is the LinkedIn tool, Snov.io is the email tool that also touches LinkedIn.

Snov.ioWaalaxy
Strong atFinding and verifying emails, plus email campaignsAutomating LinkedIn without risking your account
LinkedIn automationPaid extra, $69 per accountThe core function
Email finderIts own, with seven-layer verificationBasic, via enrichment
Entry price$39 a month19 euros a month
Free trialPermanent free plan and 7 days of LinkedIn14 days on every plan
CRM includedYes, a simple oneNo

Put to the choice, the question is not which is better but what you are missing. If your main channel is going to be LinkedIn and you want the most seasoned tool for it, start with Waalaxy, which starts at 19 euros a month and lets you try it free for 14 days. If your channel is email and you also need to find and verify the addresses, Snov.io gives you both in one.

And if you work multichannel, the natural pairing is Waalaxy to open on LinkedIn and Instantly for email, which offers a free 14-day trial for new users. Snov.io fits if you prefer a single tool that does everything, even if none of its pieces is the best on the market on its own.

What do the Snov.io reviews say?

Here I have better data than with other tools on this site, and on the whole it is good.

On Trustpilot it scores 4.6 out of 5 from 1,589 reviews, a figure that holds up because there is real volume behind it. What comes up most in the positive reviews is not the product, it is the support. Names like Alejandra, María and Valeriia appear again and again in Spanish-language reviews, almost always for sorting out setup or billing questions in minutes.

The complaints are more varied and worth reading. One recent review says the API had an undocumented endpoint and that support unblocked it, which says two things at once: that support answers and that the public documentation lags behind the product. Another, in Spanish, asks for more detail in email tracking, because it only knows when someone clicks but not which exact link. These are product gripes, not service ones.

My read is that Snov.io has one of the most solid public reputations in its category. It is not the most powerful tool in any single piece, but the whole works, support answers and there is no pattern of serious complaints that repeats.

The downsides I see

Four, and the first matters most.

The first is the real price of LinkedIn automation. The $39 plan the website advertises does not include it. The $69 per account a month is added on top, and if you have three accounts we are talking about $207 on that alone, before the plan. It is a structure that confuses and that you should be clear about before comparing prices with other tools that bundle everything in.

The second is that no single piece is the best in its category. The email finder is fine, verification is good, campaigns are decent and LinkedIn automation is young compared with a specialist's. If you need the best of each thing, you will end up buying the pieces separately.

The third is the free plan, which falls short on purpose. It works as a demo, not as a working plan, and the lack of export and integrations on the free tier stings when you want to test the full flow.

The fourth is the 50-actions-a-day cap on LinkedIn and the limits tied to your social selling index. It is a sensible safety measure, the same one I recommend, but it makes clear that Snov.io puts not torching your account above squeezing out maximum volume. For anyone who goes all in, that is a real limitation.

Verdict: is Snov.io worth it in 2026?

If what you want is a single tool to find emails, verify them and launch campaigns, with the option to add LinkedIn later, Snov.io is a very reasonable choice. The entry price is low, the free plan lets you try without a card, the public reputation is solid and support works. Start with the free Snov.io plan, measure how the verifier behaves with your contacts and decide on your own data.

If your main channel is LinkedIn and email is a secondary, do not start here. Waalaxy does that job better, starts at 19 euros and lets you try it free for 14 days without a card. And if what you need is pure, volume cold email, Instantly with its free 14-day trial is a more seasoned reference for that case.

And if your real question is where to get contacts from, before paying anything I would read the best tools to find company emails, where I compare the options by use case. If you also work with Sales Navigator, there is a combination that works very well and that I explain in the Sales Navigator guide.
